Hello Happy Campers!!

Though we are in the middle of summer, and it may not seem like it, that glorious annual event we refer to as "Kombis on Kelley's" will soon be upon us. What better way to memorialize the event than with T shirts and Hoodies?

As I am sure many of you are aware, there are considerable costs associated with running a club of this size. To remain a dues free club, which is, has been, and always will be one of the main goals, the club relies heavily on the shirt sales, and proceeds from the silent auction to cover operating costs. Also, as many of you know, Leakoil collects no money for the campout. 100% of the money goes to the 4H.

This year we will be offering more than a single color selection. The colors will be in line with "autumn colors". We will also be keeping the same pricing structure as last year. The shirts will be a premium quality 100% heavy weight, preshrunk cotton. The sweatshirts will be a premium quality heavy weight 50/50 blend of cotton and poly, similar to last years.

Deadline to order is Friday, September 18.

The prices for this year, which are the same as last year will be:

--Short sleeve T shirts, 2 color options available. Lighter and Darker
sizes small to extra large = $14.
Size XXL = $15.
All other sizes = ask

--Long sleeve T shirts, 2 color options available. Lighter and Darker
Sizes small to extra large = $18.
Size XXL = $20.
All other sizes = ask.

--Pocket T shirt, available in single color only.
Sizes small to extra large = $16
Size XXL = $18
All other sizes = ask

--Crew Neck sweatshirts, single color only.
Sizes small to extra large = $20.
Size XXL = $22.
All other sizes = ask

--Heavy weight hooded sweatshirt. Single color only.
Sizes small to Extra large = $24.
Size XXL = $26
All other sizes = ask.



For the items with a 2 color option, you will have your choice of a "lighter" colored shirt, or a "darker" colored shirt. For the items with only a single color, there will be no selection.

We are going to keep a running tally in this thread, and update the first post with the current order status. You can check after you have placed your order, to make sure that everything is correct. Please reply to this post to place your order. All orders placed via PM, will be copied to this thread. All sales will be done in cash, and will be due at delivery. Shirts will be handed out at event.

When responding, to place your order, state the product, the color, and the quantity. For example: 1 small light colored short sleeve T shirt.

Only the long and short sleeve t shirts are available in different colors. Pocket T and sweat shirts are available in only one color.
