Anyone that's ever had to put a bus back together feels your pain.

I didn't bother with insulation, but those in the know would likely offer better advice.

So, are you off to "the button" in Ft Lauderdale"?

I think Spring Break is going to be spent in his garage with a 6-pack and a toolbox.

I'll be freezing in the barn, or outside with a windbreak, depending on my mood.

Who needs beer when dad has been making wine for 27 or so years and Matus Winery is 5 miles away ;)

Home for a week, now to try to work on the Westy.

The wood roof panel for above the bed that I pulled from a 1972 is too wide, and almost cracked in trying to get it to fit snug to the roof line. Looks like I'll be having no wood roofing for awhile. I need to go to town to get some gas. The top cot is taken out to dry fit the canvas later. Also installed the lock in the rear hatch and pulled out all the things I need from the barn to bring to MI to trade for a few spares that are better than what I have on the bus.

The sliding door is still really hard to open, not sure why. Found a few seals, now to buy them. Put one door on the closet.

After towing my bus with a leaky master cylinder home on Good Friday, we brought the Westy to the body guy.

Photos to follow in a few weeks :)

The rear hatch and rear side vent wing delete glass seals arrived in the mail today with some other WW parts. The replacement passenger front door seal and the rear hatch seal arrived last week from thesamba. Now to find time to bring them to the body guy between finals and packing. Probably do that on Friday. Hopefully some body work is done and I will be able to take some photos :)

The Westy will be home next week to the best of my understanding. No surprises hiding anywhere in the lower body panels as of yet. Then comes engine stuff and gas tank swapping, followed by poptop installation for 3 years
