Checked at the starter and got 12.46. Switched to the terminal the red wire with the white stripe is attached to, had my son crank the ignition and got nothing. I bet the electrical portion of the ignition switch has failed. unhook the switch and jump terminal #30 (HOT all the time and unfused) to terminal #50 and see if it cycles the starter.

You have a compression fitting in the hard brake line going to a caliper in a photo above, those are not safe on brake lines and probably not legal. There's a bleeder screw at the bottom of the caliper in the pic, make sure there's another at the top. Either you have a caliper with two bleeders or ...
