If my dad were here today, I'm sure he would get a big kick out of the Orphan car show. Some of the cars he owned included Crosley, Henry J, Corvair, Amphicar, Nash Metropolitan, Nash Rambler, Nash Ambassador.
Heck we had an orphan car show in our driveway throughout the 50's and 60's.

It's only a problem if you use it for extended periods. It tends to dry the oil from the cylinder walls and could cause scoring. Most of the newer brands have a lubricant added. That's what I would use - read the label.
