Oooh... but I love to see highway construction projects, I used to go out of my way to travel on I-280 when they were building the high level bridge (Veterans' Glass City Skyway) over the Maumee river, that was cool... I guess my idea of a scenic drive is a little different....

That is your oil filter bypass valve/relief it's part of the spin on oil filter mount (or it used to be) kinda important if you want your oil filtered,it shouldn't have come loose, you may be able to reinstall it and stake it in with a chisel/center punch or you can replace the oil filter mount (you...

C'mon Bill we can share the head retorquing secret with Will, Yes Will heads require torquing every 4000 miles after an engine rebuild and it must be done til the engine has 80K miles on it (20 times), and you have to up the torque spec to 163% of the original specified torque, but wait there's more...
