Bob,
No it's not the same guy who did the SC. I found another guy who is retired and works on it in his spare time and so do I. Since I don't have a time line on the project, it works out for both of us.

The Vegas Bus is back in the body shop getting ready for paint. Pabo, the guy that did the rust repair and body work retired due to health reasons after 35 years. Fortunately, his son-in-law Carlos Moldonado, who worked for him, took over the business. Carlos is also a big fan of Volkswagens and has done quite a few including some real nice Beetles. His business is: Extreme Body Experts. Here's a few pics.

Great job Ken! I love the Vegas bus story. This will make up for all the time you've had to spend in PA! Driving that will be great. :D

Soon you'll be working on the '68 single! :D

Dan,

I would like to be there too. Won't be coming home the weekend so I'll probably give Carlos a call and see how things are going. He seems to be moving right along.

After a few weeks break, Carlos continues to "Massage" the body. Soon it will be ready for primer.
