Believe it or not this really started out as just a clutch job on an 87 syncro westy at Randys garage back in December, needless to say it went a little further than I expected. Its still far from done, and the paint is far from perfect but now I can feel good its not 5 different colors...Before Josh asks...its urethane single stage over top of urethane primer....Primer/paint etc was $350 total...I have some extra left but thats going to go to repaint the passenger door I left some huge paint runs in

Oh Me Rikey!
If that is what happens when we do clutch jobs on VWs then I need to replace mine.

Wow, a clutch change sure is a lot more complicated on a vanagon than on a splitty, the downside is after I finished changing my clutch on the 66 the bus still looked crusty ... Nice work!

Great work, and a definite upgrade in color too!
