For the uninformed of the group: Brandon sold his original 1974 Thing to offset the cost of his new 1974 Thing, after having his first Thing in a body shop for 9 months to have the floor pans replaced and the windshield frame repaired he realized it might be easier to find a Thing in better condition than to continue to throw money at the additional body work his Thing needed, a quick vacation to Tennessee & Alabama this winter and the deal was done, a new mostly identical Yellow 1974 Thing was purchased and shipped back to Ohio, for the most part no one will notice anything has changed, he'll still be tooling around in a yellow 1974 Thing, albeit one with less rust...

1974 Thing (2)

I bought another Thing. Found it in Alabama and had it shipped home. Very straight, with most original bits remaining. Overall it's in much better condition than my previous Thing. Tentatively have plans to build an engine for this car with the infamous Chuck Spence.

That truck is sweet! That would be a nice addition to the fleet.
