The rest of the wood looked so good I could not leave the sliding door panel alone. There was some kind of oil or ? In the wood that reacted funny with the varnish. It turned white and curled for lack of a better word. Only in the one spot. Sanded it out somewhat, not perfect but an improvement over what
I started with.

Put the main cabinet back in and replaced the main gas line while I had it out. Was able to get it at Home Depot. The original had 3/8 connectors as was 48” long. Most everyone else only had the 1/2 connectors. Resealed with the yellow Teflon tape and checked for leaks. No bubbles! Also cleaned and varnished the inside of the cabinets. Made a new shelf, one of the ordinal was pretty stained and beat up and made a new very thin bottom panel to cover the stains. I did RE varnish the entire inside including Masonite panel front and back. Also sanded varnished the underneath of the cabinet, no pictures of that. All this should give it some resistance to water.

New sill cover finally came in. Everyone was out of it except Bus-Ok in Denmark. He was really nice and responded quickly but took over 25 days to show up. I had kept the old one just in case but was glad I did not have reinstall it as it was roached. When I took off the threshold plate it seemed to have some kind of putty on it acting as a seal. The putty was on the lip between the plastic sill cover and the aluminum threshold plate. I recreated it with some plumbers putty, the ordinal material reminded me of that or glazing compound. At rate I put some on when I tightened it down it oozed out so I think it made a good seal.

Not a repair necessarily buT a useful little item I also got front Bus-Ok as long as I was paying shipping from Denmark. A table leg stand that uses the jack mount. My contribution was a little leg I made from 3/4 in pipe. This way the bottom of the table leg won’t get chewed up.

Getting ready for a long camping trip with my boys. We have used the fridge on shore power before but never had the auxiliary battery hooked up. My bus was missing the relay and the wiring to the alternator when I got it. A few years ago I bought a wiring kit from German Supply Canada. Installed the relay and put in an auxiliary battery. Had to make new battery mounts as the original was MIA. Battery tray for both sides in the future! For the first time since we have owned her everything is now working! Fridge can run while we are driving, water pump and stove! Also wired the rear 12v outlet that installed to the aux battery so we can run things without worry about the main going dead. Off grid here we come! Well at least for 4 hours with fridge :D.

Nice job, the work looks excellent!

You have a compression fitting in the hard brake line going to a caliper in a photo above, those are not safe on brake lines and probably not legal. Please replace the line before driving anywhere and inspect the rest of the lines for sub-standard repairs. There's a bleeder screw at the bottom of the caliper in the pic, make sure there's another at the top. Either you have a caliper with two bleeders or the caliper is on the wrong side of the bus which makes it impossible to bleed.

The line you need is an ISO bubble flare at both ends. NOT JIS bubble.

Some of the Bay calipers had 2 bleeders.
