For those who have joined after this was sent to registered members.

As a registered LEAKOIL member, you are receiving this information and invitation to
the annual LEAKOIL KOMBIS on KELLEYS CAMP OUT. OCTOBER 9,10 & 11, 2020
Due to covid-19 we are making some changes in an effort to ensure, we can have a safe,
family friendly event, so that you can feel comfortable making a commitment to come to KI
for this years event.
First, in an attempt to maintain a safe environment for those attending, we are limiting
attendance to registered members. Additionally, we are limiting the number of registrations
accepted, thereby reducing crowded conditions in the dinning hall and restroom use.
Unfortunately, this means there will be no pot luck dinner on Saturday evening.
Breakfast will be offered in 3 seating times. Tentatively, 8AM,9AM and 10AM.
Upon arrival you can sign up for your choice of times. This will be for both Sat. and Sun.
4H is also investing in covered dishes for carry out if you wish to take them back to your
campsite. There will be a reduced number of tables set up in the dinning hall in order to comply
with guide lines as set forth for restaurants. We would also ask that you bring your own
coffee cup or beverage container for your use in the dinning hall.
4 H and LEAKOIL volunteers will make every attempt at keeping the restrooms clean and
sanitized. That said, while there will be paper towels, you may wish to bring your own hand
towel with you to the restroom.
We also request that attendees follow any guidelines or mandates that may be in place at the
time of the event as set forth by the state of Ohio, or local health department. Currently, Ohio
has a state wide face covering mandate in all public places, including outdoors, when
acceptable distancing can not be maintained.
This years event will be pre paid, pre register only. When we reach a pre determined number of
attendees, registration will be closed.
We are aware that State or local officials could possibly enact mandates or policies that would
cause the cancellation of this event. For that reason, we will hold the pre payment checks until
the day of the event. In case of such cancellation, your check will be destroyed.
Attached is a waiver for you to read.
Noting the above, if you are comfortable in attending this years Kombis on Kelleys ,
please log into the LEAKOIL forum Kombis on Kelleys 2020 and download your registration
and follow the instructions there. Keep checking that topic for any updates.

Dogs are permitted. PLEASE be a responsible pet owner. Pick up after them. 4H requests that you keep you dog leashed, however there are ares on both sides of the 4H beach where you can let your dog run free.
