Re: 2010 Cleveland Oktoberfest
Well sorry just trying to expose some newbies and get them involved or possibly to buy a bus
the best ideas are often the worst choices.

The last time we had a mixed crowd, it was VW Tuner cars at Shawshank, and that did not turn out well.

If my Rabbit's not invited then I can't bring my teardrop which means someone needs to give up bed space in their bus for me and D. Oh? So the Rabbit's invited now. That's what I thought.

'15 Jetta TSI
Others I wish I'd have had the space and money to keep:
'56 Single Cab, '68 Double Cab, '71 Hardtop Westy, '77 Pop-up Westy, '98 New Beetle, '07 Rabbit
'15 Jetta TSI
Others I wish I'd have had the space and money to keep:
'56 Single Cab, '68 Double Cab, '71 Hardtop Westy, '77 Pop-up Westy, '98 New Beetle, '07 Rabbit
Re: 2010 Cleveland Oktoberfest
If you're bringing either the '56 single or '68 double when you bring the Rabbit it will be fine. I'd put the teardrop inside by the fence so you don't have to move it with the Cleveland Pops Beethoven concert on Sunday night. (If you're staying that long) You can then leave the Rabbit outside the fence area which is only about 20 yards away.OldBluT2 wrote:If my Rabbit's not invited then I can't bring my teardrop which means someone needs to give up bed space in their bus for me and D. Re: 2010 Cleveland Oktoberfest
hi everyone. do we have to signe up for this event ? or just show up and park by the fence.
Re: 2010 Cleveland Oktoberfest
No sign-up needed- just show up. Drive through the gate on Eastland Road http://www.clevelandoktoberfest.com/grounds.php and you are in like Flynn. They wave ya right on in for free if you are in an AC VW. Hang a left, and find a place to park by the rest of the buses. Oh, did anyone mention that newbies have to bring a case of beer to share with the club?
