Canton Show - Did Anybody Go?

I was moving my daughter back to Findlay on Saturday.... It got front page coverage in the local paper. Did anybody go?

While I hoped to go about 6 months ago when the guy first calld me, a lot of commitments in other areas kept me at the local show in Lakewood. Glad they had some folks show up and got some coverage. There was a lot going on that day and night with the Ft. Worth show, Nick's campout, Lakewood and this Canton show in addition to everyone trying to get their kids ready to go back to school.

A buddy of mine stopped by. Looked like there were the usual suspects - Older/newer Beetles, a few Ghias, a few (early) Vanagons, a yellow Thing (Brandon?), a VW Trike, and a Split Double cab. Didn't see any Bay Windows, but he just sent along some quick cell pics......

I liked it better at the stadium..
