I have updated the map with the new route avoiding closures.
The link to the map is the same. In case you missed it, here it is again.

Google Maps calculates this to be 1 hour and 37 minutes, 47.7 miles total. I am estimating 2 hours for the ride. I will print out a few copies to hand out on Saturday. I am looking forward to seeing you all there.

Just me, as far as I know... Will you be at Kombi's on Kelly, or at the Scenic Brewing Company on Saturday?

I'm hoping to jump on for at least a few miles - I have to take my son to his ball game at 1pm.

Sarah's VIneyard has been added to the map. We will use this as a place to re-gather the troops and for a potty break. Maybe even buy a bottle of wine to go if you want. It is right around the mid point of our journey and inline with our route. Anyone from the South who wants to hop in line, this would be a good spot to join the caravan for the rest of the trip.
Here is a link to the Vineyard if you would like to see it.

I'll probably meet you all at the Scenic Brewing Co.
Scenic brewery tour
Nice Day....Nice Drive... Great Company...(Especially our new Friends from Pittsburgh)! Thank you Marla for planning this event!
Re: Scenic Tour to the Scenic Brewing Company - Sept 24th
We had a really nice turn out for the tour yesterday. Thank you everyone for coming out and joining the fun. Including our little detours and getting off the trail, it was a pleasant ride. The steam locomotive was really cool. As we drove South along the Scenic Railroads we had all kinds of people waiting for a glimpse of the train. I think they were secretly looking for a bus parade. Sarah's Vineyard was beautiful. We may have to do a more organized trip to that location in the future. The best part of the trip was picking up some new friends with a bay bus from Pittsburgh. They just so happened to see us driving through downtown Penninsula and decided to follow the parade.
Here are some photos to share.
Thanks again everyone!
