MWO Ohio Backroad Expedition April 21-23rd
Posted: Sun Jan 29, 2017 4:12 pm
I know there was some interest last year of an offroad trip. I think it turned into a parade/ice cream trip or something uncool and far from hardcore.
The Midwest Overlanders group on FB is having an event that people are welcome to crash. Two day trip in Southern Ohio, Mohican/Hocking Hills. Nothing too crazy, AEP access roads/recreation area for camping. Technical obstacles available, but there are drive arounds. Organizer said a front wheel drive vehicle would do fine. A buddy of mine took the trip on his motorcyle and is doing the event in his lifted Beetle or Double Cab. I'm trying to get my Mouse Grey Bus ready for the event, but will probably end up taking the Mango or 4Runner.
Anyhow, just figured I'd pass it along... great oportunity for Syncro owners to showcase their superiority
After joining the Midwest Overlanders group on FB you'll be able to see the event.
