Starting to look for a commercial bus for the winery

Dad and I are starting to look for a truck or panel to use as a delivery vehicle for the winery. Budget hasn't been fully decided, but probably around 10k if possible. Limited rust is key. Color would need be something neutral that doesn't clash with the winery logo colors of purple, green, white, and black. With how much I travel for work we might wind up going to a dry state to bring one home.
If I wind up not having time to work on getting it up and going I'll probably wind up hiring some of you volks for brake/engine/transmission repairs.
