You think those brilliant LEAKOIL website moderators could keep the event wrap up in one thread!
Anyway here goes... The blurry ones are for Chuck!
I can hear them now.... "Hey Sean, stick to gassing up your lawn mower"!
But with a "bay" there is always a "way"!
Made it back home with AAA and back to the ferry with plenty of daylight to spare.
Caravaned with Matt and Rachel and we got our first dose of Friday's rain.
Chuck was his usual self. Organizing, coaching, demanding, insulting, helping, annoying and humoring all those around him. "Hey Brandon, can you please find me a damn spoon???"
Ken kept a close eye on the keg on Friday. Craig was gaurding the door. No wonder we had beer left!
Good to see Ted (Toolbox) was down from Detroit. Hey Ted, those hot dogs cause blurred vision and make you stare aimlessly off into space". Just saying.
Friday night was cold and rainy, but evereyone was having a good time.
Chuck organized a trip into town to check out the bars and avoid the rain. It was legal, but I won't even comment on what was going on in this photo.
Dan hooked up with his twin brother.
Matt's older brother was in town, so they got to catch up. Matt's brother plays Buddy Holly in the local theatre's presentation of Hail Hail Rock and Roll. Hey, I wouldn't lie about this stuff.
He didn't come with us, but even Kirk showed up at the Pump sporting his favorite Grateful Dead shirt! Nice!
We need Howie to analyze these "orbs" and see what they're doing to Chuck!
All the campsites semed soaked when we got back, but some enterprising folks parked their buses under the pavillion.
Hey, where are you guys going????
Saturday was cold but at least it was dry...
It was great to see the OVT guys. Randy, Frank and ReMark. They braved it on the beach.
Those guys set up an encampment. I dare those Canadians to try a landing!
And those guys can really cook!
Sorry Matt, that is not a fish!
Brenda (center) and Craig (right) made it up. Craig's on his way to OCTO.
This bus had some awesome lighting and a TV!
Current trending on LEAKOIL? Scooters, minibikes and mopeds.
Even my son is addicted.
"Now Fergus, the flux capacitor on this model is a little different than a Delorean".
"Come on, we're going shopping!"
"Is this the shopping shuttle??
Raise your hand if you're going shopping!
Did any of you guys bring a match? Ok, that was lame!
If anything bad happened, I was heading to Kirks bus.
"Dude, like stay out of 7-11's in Wyoming!" Mark gets credit for the longest distance travelled. Over 1100 miles from Sioux Falls Iowa.
Hey Brett, don't even THINK about bidding up Matt's stove!
Bill and Pam's son Andy, Bill (partially hidden) CoCo and Pam.
Maggie ran the raffle while Pam organized the silent auction. Both were great!
We ran into the Vogue magazine models in town. They were there for the annual cover shoot.
Jenna (center) and friends had a great time.
The kids did a great job with the pumpkins.
Thank God Smittie didn't have me build her motor!
Deadhead (Jeff) had his usual awesome set up. That's Ollie in the brown sweatshirt.
The Cunninghams orgainized the now annual bus painting. Excellent job!
Inquiring minds want to know, are we lazy if I drive to the lodge?
Pot luck was awesome.
I think we went a little heavy on the treats.
Clockwise from left. Rooster, Pat, julie, Andy, Jessica and Frank's white hat.
Big crowd Saturday night.
Lots of families.
Hey, what are YOU looking at? No soup for you!
Vermillion Bob seemed to be everywhere and still found time to wave at the camera!
This leakoil football by Craig on the Boat was pretty cool.
The ride home was moist.
