WTB: Stock Type IV Crankshaft for 2.0L (71mm stroke)

Post by Don from Canton »

I think I'm ready to give up on my GEX counterweighted crankshaft and replace it with a stock unit. Apparently the flywheel mounting face is not parallel to the thrust face, and I get endplay that varies by .0015" depending on where the crank is positioned in its rotation. And even though it's been reground, there's 0.002" runout in the #1 journal.

Looking for one that's usable as-is, or a good candidate for regrind...... reasonably priced, of course ;)

Try these guys out. RIS uses them religiously.
