Wow! That bus is going to look great. And with a set up like that, Carlos is going to be the official painter of a whole lot of car clubs. Can you fill us in a little more on Carlos and his shop? Is he in Lorain? How did he come up with that awesome paint set up? Can he match stuff via computer if it's brought to him?

Yes, the shop is located on the south side of Lorain off Rt. 57. I've known Carlos for about a year. He learned the business from his father-in-law, Pabo. Pabo became ill a year or so ago and Carlos took over the business. Since then has been gradually investing and expanding the shop. He bought the new paint booth and made quite a few other upgrades in the past year. The paint supplier actually furnished and installed the paint materials and mixing equipment in his shop because he felt confident that Carlos could support it.

I don't know if can computer match paint. I will ask him the next time I see him.

Carlos just finished painting the body. The body work came out very, very straight, much straighter than I thought possible. This Carlos is good :o
The doors and rear hatch are next.

After the paint set-up for a few days, Carlos put it on the lift and painted the underside.

Carlos surprised all of us when he showed up at Kelley's with the bus on a trailer.
