Two weeks ago went to local all cars show and got a top 40 trophy for the truck camper and puppy {Tia}. To day went to Lima to VW show at Beards buggy and got 1st place in bus catagory. :D :D :D

Congratulations! :D Great job Rick. That is really a beautiful DC, even if I can't stand those flying saucer hubcaps! :lol: It really is a beautiful restoration with great attention to detail. Really love seeing that truck! :D

Went to 131 show today and was voted a top 10 car!!!! I drove 375 miles in two days and except for a couple small gliches the ol' girl was GREAT!!!! It's good to see another VW back on the road and back to it's former glory. Thanks for everyones help and advice. :D Rick
