I just thought I would give an update on Gunther...
I finally took the plunge and decided to upgrade his engine. I am having RIS build me a 1600 SP long block. Thanks to Mike R. I got off to a good start on parts. I dropped them off this past weekend. RIS will clean and inspect them to let me know what he can use. I am officialy in the queue.
In the meantime, I will be working on the brakes and getting ready for the spring. I am looking forward to getting him back on the road.

Get this
master cylinder. When you get it take it apart, hone it, clean it, inspect all parts and reassemble. PM me your address and I will get some assembly lube out to you. Throw new rubber parts on all the wheel cylinders while it is apart. I have part numbers for SS braided DOT approved lines made by a local company if you need those too.

If you go with the dual circuit, you will also need a reservoir

Is there a huge difference between the one Ronnie sells and the one you can get at Autozone?

The AutoZone master is a bay part going off the picture. You might get the right part if the picture is just generic clipart.
Even if I purchased the supposed German master I would tear it down, hone, clean and inspect before I used it.
