Well if you don't already know I'm gonna tell ya.

I'm the new owner of the 1970 panel bus that has been sitting outside of Der Wagonwerks for some 10+ years.
I'd like to thank Bill for giving me the chance to put this VW back on the road again. I know it was hard for him to let it go and hope he'll be able to take it for a spin again soon. THANKS BILL!

Glad to hear that it shall be on the road again. I gotta find a 69 panel bus so that I can join the "Lake Erie Panel Pimps." 8-)

I could suggest savoring the patina; seal coat the rust in and get a personal plate-"GHOST"!

Work an Apollo logo into the mix with that awesome patina. :D Then park it out at Plumbrook and see how long it takes for them to tow it!

I think a RED CROSS give blood logo would be pretty cool.

I think your right Brett, more rust than patina, but it will roll this way for awhile.......well without those rear tires anyway ;)
