Hi everyone, I am planning a bus trip to Key West during mid Feb 2021.

Looking for suggestions on where to camp in the Key West and/Florida area.

If you don't have resrevarions already, you are going to have a a hard time finding a place to camp. A lot of these campgrounds down here book out a year in advance. There are a couple of Facebook groups that people release their site and arrange for others to pick them up. You can try that as a starting point.

As a one time homeless resident of Florida, And trust me there's a lot of us down there, You can camp primitive in many many places. If you choose to camp primitively in unregulated areas be prepared to meet some rather savvy individuals. Just travelling alone in a camper bus you will be somewhat of a target... If you think folks around here a little off, wait to you meet some Appalachian outlaws. Especially this time of year.

Also, a few years ago Wide5 posted a trip to bulli brigade and they stayed at a cool campground, I believe on the Gulf coast. If I can find that thread I will post the link.
