Double check the coupler between end of shift rod and transmission. They can be junky poorly made. Let me know if you want some help.

Small improvements along the way. Installed a beautiful new thermostat from Awesome Powder Coat. My favorite addition has been these nice Fox shock absorbers from Gowesty.com. They really help the bus cope with bumps, body roll, and wind buffeting on the freeway.
