Tom, you gave it to someone. You did not loan it. No one asked you for it. You dropped it off at someone’s door with no stipulations. Then you wonder where this valve grinder is 12 years later. No one even uses a valve grinder for old Ford flathead engines.
Its long gone. Move on Tom.

Re: Pumpkin the 1977 Westy
So, I have heat! It needs refining in places but it works! I was pleasantly surprised when I reinstalled the Blower fan that the everything worked correctly. I’m not happy with the fitment of the blower tubing down to the heater boxes. Need to work on that a little or find other tubing. I ended up ...

Re: Pumpkin the 1977 Westy
Hi, more projects are in the works. Pulled the exhaust off and prepping to install stock heater boxes and muffler. Quite a few small oil leaks needed to be addressed underneath. Ended up pulling pushrod tubes and replacing old crusty o-rings. Refreshed valve covers with sandblasting, paint, and new ...

Re: Pumpkin the 1977 Westy
One of the next project in the pipeline is reinstalling a stock exhaust and hooking the heat back up. Currently there are some possibly custom made heater box delete pipes. A local $2 bill wielding friend had some correct N/A Late bay exhaust parts. I have been sandblasting and painting them up. I ...
