...you might want to wash that back bumper too, Kirk. I whizzed on it at the Christmas party this past year.

Thanks Howie, now my son says he's not going near it again until I wash it all off. I think I'll just torch off the old bumper instead

I've power washed the inside, outside, and scrubbed off at least one layer of grime. Now it's inside the garage, up on jack stands and waiting to get a laundry list of things done to it. Already pulled the brakes apart.....ditched the bumper (thanks Howie).....removed the apron, decklid, and rear hatch (all rusted beyond belief)........pulled the motor and gas tank

I love it! :D Is the motor locked up? How bad is the gas tank?

Motor still turns over but had a little noise when turned by hand, it's being looked at ;)
Gas tank was right there so rather than have a problem (who knows what Howie might have put in there), pulled it out to rinse out a small amount of rust and change the filter screen.

OK, so I'll revise my question. "How are the bearings?" Since it's being "looked at" ;)

Some pics would be nice! :D

Nah, man. I was only rinsing off the bumper.

Ok, I guess I'll get you this hat for Kelley's. Should I order the jacket too? :D

1776 because that's what was already built.
