What about stories???

I had a few laughs at this one. Sat- Laurie, the boys and I got off the ferry hungry, figured we should get something to eat. I wanted to head to the 4H (for hot dogs)/ to see what was going on, but she wanted to eat something decent (the wife that is). We get to the main street/ boat dock area and see Chuck's DC , Craigs SC and a 63 bus parked down by the docks. I figured cool, some folks I know. So, I say honey, "let's eat down there". LOL We go to the dock bar, see nobody we know and sit anyways. The waitress seats us, but never comes back to take our order. So, we get up, leave and go to the corner bar. Low and behold, there's Chuck and Ted on their way out... We chatted for a minute and they were on their way.. We order our drinks and food. The drinks come, we relax and enjoy them for a bit. Sean comes in with some out of state folks, we chat for a few. Then all of a sudden I hear this guy (with his family) from the next table over say, "OH MY GOD, HONEY LOOK THERE'S 2 OF THEM. YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND, THOSE THINGS ARE RARE. WHAT ARE THE CHANCES OF SEEING 2 OF THEM ON THIS ISLAND. WOW THAT IS RARE. WHAT'S GOING ON".

This guys was amazed with Chuck's DC, Josh's SC and I figured he saw Craig's SC. After that, I told him about the campout and recommended he check out the campout. Not sure if he did but the explanation of Kombi's on Kelleys sure calmed him down. He's was just shocked, guess you had to be there.

Thanks to all the sponsors and folks who put the time in, this has always been a GREAT venue. I look forward to attending next yr in my bus. Yes, I know some have heard that before. I have no excuses next yr. Thanks again, we had a lot of fun!!
