I was confused as well, especially since it looks like john72bay may have installed the j tubes to eliminate the heater boxes as well...

Sorry for the confusion. But I appreciate the input. We did put rebuilt heads and jtubes on the bus. However the manifold on the one cylinder was getting hot. I think I figured it out tonight and don't know how I missed it the first time around. Somehow the nut on the valve adjuster worked its way off.

Not the first time that that has happened to any of us Another one is the nuts that hold the rocket shaft. Usually caused by interuptions
