Thanks, the 71 frontend has different bolt pattern for body mount, according to Aaron.
Went and brought DC home today and it is still very tight, but was able to get it to 55 a couple of times. Cross wind is very nerve racking, but there is some progress. :)

Rick
I saw you driving through Bryan the other day. I am on the goodvolks and it was great to see another air cooler in Williams County. I went thorough this build thread and man what a great project. I know it is giving you trouble but I know you will get it, eventually. I'd help but my mechanical knowledge fits in a thimble. But I love my air cooled daily driver, it may look bad but it runs. I drive a 68 John Deere green bug. Hopefuly I'll see you around. Go Northwest Ohio!!!!!
Peace Paul

Thanks Paul, got it back from Suburban the other day and it seems to be getting better. It will be at Kelly's this weekend. Where do live in Bryan? I'm outside of Edon, and I work in Bryan.

After all the work and the issues and 23 pages of a thread { which was mentioned numerous times this past weekend} the DC and camper made it to Kelly's. :D :D :D :D :D Thanks for all the help and ballbustin'.
