Another Green Bus - Exhaust

Post by CraigOnTheBoat »

Ok, Ive got it running and driving. It hasn't seen the pavement since its expired registration sticker of 1993 until last weekend. Now its time to quiet her down so I jacked it up and started to remove the exhaust. As you can see everything was completely shot from the heads back. Broke one exhaust stud off on one side. Any suggestions on how to back it out?

Got it soaking -

I think I will take your advice Bill and set it up with the 72-74 set up.

Cip has a 10 percent off deal going on right now.

You will have to find a driver side stove pipe also, thats the piece that attaches to the heater box outlet that the flapper sits on top of. The 72-74 boxes have a round outlet on the dr side as opposed to the oval shape of the 75-78. You can pound your oval one round if we can't find the correct one.
